Managers often confuse "burnout" with "the cost of growing a biz"

"Damn, Judy looks tired" is a logical response. An exec? "Damn, Judy is grinding like a fiend this quarter!"

I see variations of this article -- "How to know burnout when you see it!" -- about five times/week. It's a good topic because burnout and stress are pervasive, especially in American workplaces.
