What if your job had one thing you focused on MOST of the time (major) and one thing you used to pursue passion? (Minor) That's how we set up education. Could it foster employee engagement?

1. Education / school teaches you that "learning and gaining knowledge is important." How you get hired at a job has nothing to do with that -- it has to do with the amount you already know.
