Are parents actually the anxious ones, not their kids?
As Jonathan Haidt keeps making the rounds on his new book, we get more and more “content” around parenting and “the phones” and general teenage mental health and anguish and“Sheesh, who can we blame already?” Into that comes this article.
That article, written by a mental health provider for college kids at Boston University, isn’t bad overall. Near the end, you get this paragraph, which I would say is pretty accurate:
