Process improvement: End 'process for the sake of process'

Process is supposed to make business better and more effective. If it's not doing that -- if it's just there to be there or make people feel better -- then it's totally worthless.

Process improvement is a fairly important topic in any work or future of work discussion, because of this bouncing ball:

• We built companies and leadership around 'execution' and 'expertise' for much of the past six decades, so...
