A few weeks ago, I wrote an article about Chad Doerman, who is not a “mass shooter” in the conventional sense but more a “family annihilator,” in that he killed his three young sons in his front yard.
A “family annihilator,” if you couldn’t tell from context clues, is a specific form of a mass violence event aimed at one’s own family (which in many ways is thus worse than a random attack at a public place):
