The Problem Is Bad Parenting
It's not phones. It's not social media. It's not video games. It's not rap. It's crap parenting.
Sup y’all. (That’s a thing I picked up in Texas.) As I wait to be interviewed for an insurance sales job — welcome to the promise of mid-life, baby! — I’m sending this out. It’s about the biggest elephant in the societal room: how we all know most of the problems come from sh*t parenting, but we avoid discussing that openly. Get heated.
You can take some of this with a grain of salt and call me “angry” because of infertility, which might be true, or you can bear with me here. We blame a lot of societal ills these days on “the phones” or “the social media” or “the video games” or “the music wait what does WAP mean?” And while all of those things may be culprits, isn’t the true problem … uh … bad parenting?
