First off, the island is named “Little Saint James,” or “Little St. James,” and I believe it’s part of either the U.S. or British Virgin Islands. The estate of Epstein had listed it for $125 million, but they got a paltry $60M for it from Stephen Deckoff of Black Diamond Capital Management. He plans to do something with it in 2025, apparently.
