We Feed Young Men A Bullshit "Scarcity" Narrative
Red Pill and inceldom are dangers, and I hope people understand that once the PR cycle for "Adolescence" ends.
I don’t think I need to deeply belabor this one, so let’s start by quickly defining what “red pill” is. It’s a type of content or approach that is anti-women, and usually holds up women as entitled and protected by the court system and only wanting money or babies or Chad/Tyrone. Usually a man arriving at “red pill” and being susceptible to its content has to be “radicalized” in some way. The most common way for this to happen is divorce with kids of an age where they still want to spend time with you; the other common way is being fat and ugly in middle school and getting shit from both alpha dog boys and attractive-ish girls. But “red pill” runs a gamut, and 60+ married guys can become red pill too, with horrible consequences.
In general, “red pill” is bad, perhaps even very bad, especially when it leads to logical fallacies like “If a woman is going to get 70% custody, she deserves to die.”
There are other terms that swirl around the idea of “red pill,” including “incel” (and the recent Netflix show Adolescence, which Kier Starmer over in the UK keeps calling “a documentary,” lol) and even the 2017–2020 (or longer) #MeToo movement.
It is very complicated and multi-faceted to discuss exactly what happened with men and women in the last, say, 15 years. There are definitely a few high-level culprits, though, including:
