What Congressional "Family Man" Wanted Cassidy Hutchinson In The Sack, Eh?

An interesting little wrinkle.

A long time ago, in the Newt Gingrich 1994 revolution opposing the first two years of Clinton’s Presidency, a bunch of Republicans swept into office. Most were on a “pro-family” agenda, since Clinton had problems keeping his dick in his pants, and that would only get worse in the coming years. By 2008, a scant 14 years later, a huge chunk of that 1994 Republican class had been outed as sexual abusers, predators, infidelity guys, etc. I am not saying the “libs” are any better here, or defending Clinton’s power imbalance actions, but it was a nice contrast.

The modern MAGA movement is often predicated on being “pro-family,” especially around abortion/birth rate/let’s just call it protonatalism too. They often paint the “Dems/libs” as wanting to kill babies, eat babies, create sexual deviants, and destroy families.

But, ah, a new wrinkle.
